At GlesgaTanz, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited to ensure health and safety.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

Used or opened tanning accelerators

Items without original packaging

Items returned after the 14-day period
Accepted Returns
We only accept returns if:

The product arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item
To be eligible:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unopened and unused

You must provide photo evidence of the issue
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.
Bank Holiday Delays
Please note that return processing may be delayed during UK bank holidays and seasonal periods. We appreciate your patience during these times.
